[PTSAI + PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL] Fake Anime Screenshot

Tutorial for fake anime screenshots!! 

The most important part imo is the gaussian blur part - it really changes the image. Just play around with the numbers till it looks okay!!

I did lotsa research and stared at lotsa pics - it's important to look at anime screenshots!!! As anime is usually low budget animation, a lot of time won't be used in one screenshot unlike when trying to fake one. There are gonna be differences no matter how hard you try ^Q^

And about backgrounds - bgs are usually huge prepainted pics and we are gonna blur them anyway so don't go too hard on those!
